• Use generated receipts to harass, stalk, defame, or threaten any individual.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or launch denial-of-service attacks against the application or its underlying API infrastructure.
• Scrape or harvest data in violation of our system rate limits.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Subtext interface, branding, visual identity, thermal receipt design, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Systemores LLC.

Underlying decision intelligence is powered by TypeSafe AI Jev System One, a trademark of TypeSafe AI. You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free license to download, screenshot, share, and post any receipts generated from your personal usage to social media platforms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Subtext is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Systemores LLC does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that linguistic decodings represent the objective subjective intentions of any third party.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Systemores LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application, generated receipts, or social shares.
